Supported helpers

The reachq.io module provides dump/load for directed graphs and weighted variants for weighted graphs. Optional NetworkX and Arrow integrations are separate modules.

Keep the package version and graph schema with persisted data. Serialization compatibility is part of the pre-1.0 project surface only to the extent covered by the round-trip tests.
